Just like its label, this Glen Moray is dominated by tropical fruits, pineapple.
The Highlander Inn, a famous Scottish bar, selected this cask exclusive for Taiwan and uses the work of painter Maggie to select this pineapple as the whisky label to match Taiwan’s status as a fruit kingdom and the flavor.

今日介紹呢支係1973 30年全程Sherry Cask熟成, WhiskyFun 91, 舊書本, 橙油, 蠟質, 烤榛子, 牛奶朱古力, 士多啤梨煙草, 典型老Highland!

In compare to Diageo Group-owned closed distillery Port Ellen, Brora’s big name. Glenury Royal is relatively quiet, 1984 last distilled, 1985 closed down.

Today we introduce this is a 1973 30 year full Sherry Cask maturation Cask 6860, WhiskyFun 91, old textbooks, orange oil, waxy, toasted hazelnuts, milk chocolate, strawberry to***co, typical old Highland malt whisky!

This Bottle of Fujiko FujioⒶ The Black Salesman is a work commemorating the 50th anniversary of the birth of the protagonist Fukuzo Kuro. Mr. Hideo Yamaoka, the famous Japanese IB Whiskey Mew owner, selected this Closed Distillery, Imperial 1995 from Elcir Distiller to launch commemorative bottling.

GlenDronach 舊OB就見得多1968, 71, 72, 但係有冇留意過1970 OB從來冇出現過. 1970 基本上都係由SV 包攬, 基本上都係以 Batch 513-518 同542-558 咁樣出, 非常複雜.

Cask 542-558 包含咗幾個label,唔同大名. Prestonfield, Samaroli, Sailing Ship Series, Dun Eideann. 但係佢哋又唔係全部一定係 542-558, 今日呢支就係SV 為意大利 Velier 嘅 Exclusive 只有中間 Cask 546-547!

GlenDronach OB has released 1968, 71, 72, however, 1970 has only appeared in IB. 1970 basically all released by SV in batches, batch 513-518 and 542-558, very complexed. Cask 542-558 Includes several labels, lots of big names. Prestonfield, Samaroli, Sailing Ship Series, Dun Eideann. This Cask is SV bottled exclusive for Italian Velier in Reserve Cantarelli only Cask 546-547!

Moon Import 嘅 2nd Collection 一套6支全部都係
Sherry Wood, Glenlivet 1969, Longmorn 1966, Macallan 1970, Miltonduff 1965, Glen Grant 1970, Dufftown 1969.

今日介紹呢支Glenlivet就特別少少, 另一套全部都係57% 入樽, Sherry 都唔係大家印象中重皮革, 拖肥, 朱古力嘅方向. 只有呢桶Glenlivet 可能當時比想像中度數低咗, 所以全部標都係手寫’7’改成‘3’

Apart from the Legendary Animal series we opened before from Moon Import, there are quite a few more niche series.
Moon Import 2nd Collection Sherry Wood, Glenlivet 1969, Longmorn 1966, Macallan 1970, Miltonduff 1965, Glen Grant 1970, Dufftown 1969.
The whole series is bottled in 57%, all sherry wood but the sherry is not what we imagine heavily sherry, leather, caramel, chocolate style. Only this Glenlivet is bottled in 53%, all label are hard adjusted from ‘7’ to ‘3’.

呢批2009 Kildaton 大部份為The Whisky Agency 擁有, 如果仔細留意吓WhiskyFun, 近期全部2009 undisclosed Ardbeg 都係91,90分. 如果咁啱有一支瑞士包桶2009 14年連度數都一模一樣, 咁我哋會唔會有機會同一桶呢！？

【 Hand- Fill 長濱Amahagan Dark IPA Cask 】

Amahagan 係長濱蒸餾所將成個名掉轉推出嘅 World Blend 品牌. 長賓蒸餾所源自長濱浪漫啤酒廠, 所以佢哋出品上都有比較多唔同款式嘅啤酒桶陳年！今次佢見到用上比較少見嘅 Dark IPA桶, 當然即刻試試佢！

聞香啤酒花同麥芽香比較明顯, 但入口反而非常奶油, 楓糖漿, 蜜糖, 椰子, 非常厚身, 最後只有非常輕柔啤酒花嘅回甘

Amahagan is Nagahama Distillery by reserve how it spell for their World Blend Product Brand. As Nagahama Distillery was started by producing beer, so it’s more often you see Nagahama using different types of their own beer casks.

Nosing is more on the beer side, hoppy and malty, but the palate is very creamy, maple sugar syrup, nectar, coconut, oily, and only the finishing come back for slight hoppy.

今日介紹呢支就係2017嘅單桶, WhiskyFun 上高達93分！ 佢姊妹桶都唔簡單The Whisky Exchange 單桶都91分.

Today we introduce this is the 2017 single cask , WhiskyFun 93 points! Its sister cask are extraordinary too, The Whiskey Exchange single cask 91 points.

Serge’s TN: Lime flower tea, seawater, camphor, oyster, smoked pine, grapefruit, tar, reminds him of Port Ellen 20 years old RMS!

Glenturret 相對非常冷門嘅酒廠, 歷史上基本20年左右就會易主一次, 即使曾經喺Macallan 所在集團 Edrington Group 旗下亦都冇改變命運, 2019轉移到瑞士 La Lique 手上.

大家有研究WhiskyFun 的話就會發覺 6x-7x Glenturret 非常飄忽, 9x分至5分都有. 反而近年 SV推出 1988-89 嘅作品就非常出色！包括今日介紹呢支 由日本著名IB Three Rivers 嘅系列 The Dance

柑橘, 黃桃, 杏, 蘋果, 奶油, 輕微青香蕉, 相對輕友但結尾非常悠長

Glenturret is a relatively less popular distillery, historically changing owner every around 20 years, even under the Macallan’s group Edrington Group did not change its fate, 2019 transferred to the hands of La Lique Group from Switzerland.

If you have studied WhiskyFun, you will find that 6x-7x Glenturret is very erratic, 9x points to 5 points on whiskyfun are available. Instead, in recent years, SV launched 1988-89 casks are excellent! Including today’s introduction to The Dance series from the famous Japanese IB Three Rivers

既然我哋上個post 已經介紹完TN, 今日就介紹多少少酒標嘅設計！

‘Ars longa, vita brevis’ 呢句源自於希臘嘅拉丁文諺語. 簡單直白啲嘅解釋係「藝術千秋，人生朝露」我們人類的歲數最多只有數十年最長也不過100多年，而人類飲用干邑的歷史卻可以追溯到三千年至公元前1800年之間。人類的享受干邑的歷史有着千秋萬世的記載，與我們的人生這麼短暫不享受一下此刻的朝露呢？這次Casky和古典合作呈獻的這支干邑希望大家喜歡這是人生朝露吧！

如果大家有留意酒標上的畫作, 畫作上的斜紋虛線代表了Casky 灣仔1.0的木桶天花板, 即使我哋已經搬到2.0, 亦都非常懷念咁特色嘅地方！
而且畫作上加插了Casky和古典酒業主理人們嘅愛寵s, 大家可以仔細尋找一下, 分別有兩狗一貓！
而且畫作中的食物包括提子也表達了這枝干邑的TN, 黑森林蛋糕, 血橙, 無花果乾, 棗乾, 黑朱古力, 布冧. 我哋當時試sample 都覺得同 Glenfarclas 1990, 91 Fruity 重Sherry 感覺, 相信無論鍾意飲威同干邑嘅你應該都會非常滿足！

Spheric Spirits 位於德國的年輕裝瓶廠, 由Benedict 和Claudio 所創立, 藉著高辨認度的酒標和選桶優質質素為人熟識. 他們對烈酒的追求不止是威士忌，Rum、Mezcal、Brandy 亦會推出.

Masion Aurian 屬於法國西南、位於Condom 的酒莊，專門製作雅文邑和Liqueur。最近Spheric Spirits 跟Masion Aurian 合作推出幾款不同Vintage 的Armagnac. 呢款1988 Armagnac 於木桶熟成35年, 係今次推出三款中最甜的一款Armagnac，擁有著 Riseling TBA 般的葡萄甜感、蜂蜜、Wax、香蕉等味道

徵召勇士！！ 其實又唔係真係咁伏嘅, 呢支咁有趣嘅威係酒展嘅時候見到. 解釋上又有啲複雜, 雲南大理本地Single Malt Whisky, 係PX Sherry 桶熟成2年半. 倒出後, 再陳年雲南自家咖啡豆. 倒出啡豆後, 重新注入之前嘅PX Sherry Whisky, 變成coffee cask finish!

This bottle is something special, unusual to see. We found this interesting one in whisky show.The explanation is a bit complicated, Yunnan Dali local Single Malt Whisky, matured in PX Sherry casks for two and a half years. Next moving the spirits out, then aged Yunnan’s own coffee beans. After pouring out the roasted Yunnan beans, the previous PX Sherry Whisky filling back in for a coffee cask finish!
