【日本「旧正月」原來非節日?】
在日本,農曆新年稱為「旧正月」(きゅうしょうがつ),但對新一代的日本人而言,就像一般日子一樣,不是法定假期,亦不會慶祝「旧正月」。
但依然有不少老人家繼續過「旧正月」,會到神社或寺廟參拜求個好運。而沖繩縣的民眾更是仍然受中華文化影響,保留著慶祝「旧正月」的傳統習俗,每到農曆新年都會參拜和舉行祭典。雖然跟大家在不同的國家,但都會為同樣的節日慶祝,所以記得同身在日本的朋友說聲「新年快樂」啊。
【’Lunar New Year’ in Japan is non-holiday?】
In Japan, Lunar New Year called ‘旧正月’(きゅうしょうがつ), but that day for the new generation of Japanese is like the normal day as it is not a statutory holidays, so they usually will not celebrate it.
However, there are still many elderly people celebrating Lunar New Year and they will come to the shrine or temple to seek good luck. The chef carefully selects seasonal fish heads, for example Alfonsino(きんめたい),Snapper(たい) and YellowTail(ハマチ) and other varieties with rich fat and plump meat. 【吞拿魚頭頂肉『腦天』口感嫩滑極罕有】
吞拿魚又名金槍魚、鮪魚,它的肉色較為特別,是紅色的,原因是它的肌肉有大量的肌紅蛋白。吞拿魚在日式餐廳中都受盡喜愛。接下來就為大家介紹吞拿魚的各種部位,讓您品嘗壽司或刺身時更為清晰,品嚐到您的最愛。

【憧憬再次賞櫻滋味 認定櫻、梅、桃花之別】
已經接近兩年沒到過日本吧?要吃到日本菜式傳統滋味,中環賞櫻 Hanami是其中一個「景點」。但要真正賞櫻,享受上野恩賜公園、新宿御苑的美景、花香,唯有期望下年3、4月可以通行。
不過,原來賞櫻都有機會賞錯桃花、梅花,因為三種花遠看的確有點相似。要分得清,首先要留意梅花花瓣先端呈圓形,一節枝上只一朵花單獨開放,無花梗;桃花花瓣先端較尖,水滴形,一節枝幹上兩朵花對稱開放,花梗較短;櫻花的花瓣先端分裂,一節枝幹上有多朵花,花梗較長。
顏色方面,一般梅花顏色最深,但三種花皆可以是粉紅色,梅花及櫻花都可以開白花。不過紫色的就一定是梅花。
【The different of Sakura, Uma and Taohua】
Sakura(さくら), Uma(うめ) and Taohua(もも) are the signature scenery of spring in japan. Enjoying Omakase in Hanami can make you feel this scenery.
Sakura, Uma and Taohua are very similar. The petal shape of Taohua is a circle, only one blossom on each branch and without a pedicel. The petal of Uma is a drop shape, there are two symmetrical blossoms on each branch with a short pedicel. Sakura have a split up petal, it has several blossoms on each branch with a long pedicel.
In colour, pink is the usual colour of Sakura, Uma and Taohua, some of Sakura, Uma can also be white. Only some Taohua can be purple.
