Bar Marea is a tapas bar inspired by the ebb and flow of the tide at sea. Fresh oysters, clams and scallops are collected from the shore at low tide, whilst lobsters, crabs and turbot are caught when the tides come in. Mediterranean and Spanish cuisines collide with simplicity and elegance.
