IOC2024 We are happy to announce that the 2024 Irish Orienteering Championships will be based around Lough Ree in the heart of Ireland from 03 - 06 May 2024!

Congratulations to Emily who represented Ireland at JWOC in Baia Mara, Romania last week.

Well done to Emily and all of Team Ireland on their JWOC performances over tough terrain

Best of luck to Emily and the Irish team who travelled to Romania this week for the Junior World Orienteering Championships (JWOC). The team are training hard in the terrain in preparation for the races.

Our JWOC team has arrived safely in Baia Mare ahead of the competitions next week, to get a bit of a training in the area and familiarise themselves with the terrain and weather. Best of luck to them all!

Th final event of our summer series takes place in Corkagh Demense, Clondalkin on Tuesday 20 June.

There will be 2 courses, Score and Adventure

The Adventure course will be an easy introductory event for beginners, it will be 1.5 K and buggy friendly.

For anyone interested, there will be a "Come and Try It" orienteering event in Kilbogget Park on May 23rd between 6pm-7pm, organised by GEN Junior, Cian O'Donnell, as part of his Dermot Earley Cuala Leadership Programme.

What a day for GEN! Our women's team had some amazing runs to win the Women's Premier. Huge well done to Aoife, Emily and Éadaoin on this achievement.
