David brings his best to every session. His consistency the last few months has been undeniable, weight has steadily gone in the right direction, giving us the opportunity to bring calories back up to maintenance level
Next up for David is a good building phase where he will enjoy seeing his strength improve and get a chance to add some lean mass while remaining in decent condition

James joined team ED in February with a goal of building his physique ahead of his wedding in August
He was very eager to learn in the gym and loves being pushed outside his comfort zone.
James has been 100% consistent from the beginning. Building can be just as difficult as cutting if not more so at times. It takes alot of patience as the changes aren't as visible week to week. It also takes eating regular and healthy meals designed around giving you what you need to put into your training and add lean tissue
As you can see James is progressing perfectly and we are very excited for the next few months

What you don't see is the mindset change in Kieran. Always eager to learn, the first few weeks with Kieran we worked closely with him to make sure as a young lad he had some balance between getting fit and healthy while still enjoying his life
Kieran still enjoys his weekends with an off plan meal or a few drinks while making smarter choices than in the past and putting in the work all week which allows him this freedom and not slow down his progression
He is a work horse. The effort he puts in on the gym floor cannot be disputed and he is getting stronger every week
Kieran will take a break soon to travel which is what brought him to ED to begin with and after that we will reassess goals and knuckle down again
Heading away on his travels a different man than the one who joined us we are very excited for the next phase of his journey
