came to us post shoulder surgery, which he dislocated playing rugby for
Ross had some difficulty during rehab where the joint was quiet stiff and we had to focus on intensive capsular stretching and strengthening. Ross really worked hard and was rewarded this week when he finally took the field in a big win for vs where he even scored a try!
Well done Ross and best of luck in the seasons ahead.

Hamstring injuries are the most common non-contact injury (37%) that occurs within sport.
Studies have also found that there is a high reoccurrence rate of these type of injuries, usually between 1-3 weeks after returning.
The high reoccurrence rate can be down to a number of reasons but usually itโs inadequate rehabilitation that cause them.
The first three videos clips (swipe ๐๐ป) cover phase 1 of our hamstring rehab program. Over the next few days we will post phase 2 & 3.
Itโs important when rehabbing your hamstring you find the right mix of exercises, volume and intensity. That is why we recommend going to experienced therapists.
If youโre struggling with hamstring issues, comment below or shoot us a dm. Also feel free to tag people you know would benefit from this post.
