Meet Bebhinn 😃 The latest to join the West Coast Physio team. 🥳

Bebhinn studied physiotherapy at the University of Ulster and graduated in 2014. Since then she has worked predominantly in private practice and with sports teams. Her work has taken her around the world from New Zealand where she worked for 3 years and most recently to London before returning to her native Galway.
Her professional sporting background is mostly in rugby where she has worked with Ulster Rugby, the IRFU and school academies. She is currently the lead physio to the Irish Women's Hockey Team in conjunction with her role here at West Coast Physio.
Bebhinn's philosophy is to empower clients and put them in the driving seat, working together to find the most direct path from pain back to the things you love the most.

Massive congrats to all the athletes (and patients) who participated yesterday in the 8km yesterday. The weather held off and we were able to wear our West Coast Physio tops in style!

What a couple years it has been! Moving from CP medical centre to renovating our very own clinic in Salthill, securing a government contract and becoming the highest reviewed 5 star clinic in Galway ⭐️ it has been wild. 🥳🙌🏽

Our staff have been incredible and we are very excited to see what the future holds.

Welcome to the team Rob!!!!!! 🎉 Rob joins the West Coast Physio team with an impressive background. 👏

Rob graduated as a physiotherapist with an honours degree from Ulster University and he also holds a Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Ulster University.

Robert has previously worked as an outpatient physiotherapist for the NHS where he worked with a variety of patients ranging from acute injuries to chronic pain patients. Rob has also worked as sports physiotherapist across a range of sports at national, provincial, county and club level. Including Tyrone, Derry and London GAA, Ulster Rugby, Northern Ireland Netball, Ulster Boxing and many more.

Rob is currently working with the Elite Men’s and Women’s Irish National Boxing Team where he works with some of Ireland’s most successful high performance athletes including: Olympic, World, European & Commonwealth champions. 😎

Rob has experience treating a variety of patients with a range of needs, and he has a passion for helping people to reach their goals no matter how big or small they may be. 🙌

Rob uses an evidence based practice approach to address his patient's individual needs and to ensure that each one of his patients is provided with the best possible care, so that they can return to doing the things that they love. 🤸‍♀️
