Healing our wounds of the past is essential in moving forward and growing ✨️

One of the most amazing benefits of regular Reiki healing sessions is how it can bring healing to our past hurts and trauma.

Our past hurts and experience can be so painful, and we feel very sad, and sometimes we tend to put them at the back of our minds because its so painful we lock that pain away.

They problem is it never goes away because it sticks in our energy system and stays very much alive within and affects how we think, act, and behave in the present.
