Angels can come in the form of feathers, a soft breeze on your neck/face or hand, repeated number sequences, a dip in room temperature, certain smells or scents.
We all have a guardian angel who is there to protect and guide us and they are constantly with us remember to thank them.

Archangel Michael please cut any energetic cords or ties that are keeping me bound to other people or situations that are draining my energy. Help me to stay centered in love, fill me with your healing light, guard and shield me as I continue to release old emotions and negative behaviour patterns that bind me to the past. Thank you. ( my angel friend Bridget gave me this prayer so always very special)

A good thing to remember is to be around the radiators not the drains when it comes to who you surround yourself with. The best piece of advice my aunt ever told me.
