Glad to see the changes and the efforts of hard work by the client.

It was new for me to train but the concept of 'hard work and no pain no gain' was quite old.

It feels so good when the same get inculcated in the people u train and that the mindset which is needed.

Unilateral movements

Chest press -
Single arm chest press is a great workout to address muscle imbalances and improve movement. Also increases muscle activation.

Tricep extension-
An excellent workout to build upper posterior arm.

Diamond push ups-
Excellent workout to build tricep strength. Also benefits your chest and shoulders
