Unilateral movements
Chest press -
Single arm chest press is a great workout to address muscle imbalances and improve movement. Also increases muscle activation.
Tricep extension-
An excellent workout to build upper posterior arm.
Diamond push ups-
Excellent workout to build tricep strength. Also benefits your chest and shoulders
Always ensure to keep your core engaged to ensure we don't compromise on the posture.
