Weekend Slow Long Run (Slow Long Run), wouldn’t call it comfortable one, was out of fuel at 15km. Happy to finish. Really like tank top, light weight and comfortable.

Weekend Long Run. Plan was to go for SLR but it became slower after 16km, finished it doing run-walk. Lesson learned: I need to carry running gel and need that at 16.

Weekend Rituals: Slow Long Run.

Was feeling bit uneasy with new hydration belt initially and had to stop several times to adjust. Weather was excellent today. Good to check cover 20km in two consecutive weeks. Will try for higher next week.

Target: comfortable 25-30, then focus on speed.
