This was 3 years ago when was rescued from a breeder. She was abused and literally left to die. She was wounded and maggot infested and wanted help!! took her and cared for her, Loved her and nursed her back to and when she was ready, we were on a lookout for a forever home. After a long search we found ._.saikarun and she took Arya with all the love!! She fell in Love at the first sight 😍!! Today Arya is a fully grown, healthy and lovable as ever!!

We named her Arya after the girl who survives the odds and thrives.

Also, we both were asleep here.

This was few weeks back when I was weight training and my diet was spot on. Now I'm more into parallel bars, high bars, sprinting, running sort of training regime. Wanted some my core stronger. Diet is clean. Losing some stubborn fat. Trying something which is completely off best for me and ofcourse, enjoying the progress!!

Like the Raul Castillo says "I love working with kids; I find hope in them".
I now truly understand the depth of that statement. These boys are truly enthusiastic and the energy they bring is truly unmatchable. They are so Optimistic, Joyful and essentially Happy. The honest vibe that they share is nothing short of magic. They are, what we adults wish we could be!! I'm sure you guys understand what exactly I'm trying to convey. It feels great to imbibe these fitness values in them at an early age.
P.S. Wearing masks and readily sanitizing most times!

Toying with the V-Sits using the parallel bars! These work your upper and lower abs together! This also develops a strong core which is a good base for any training or activity!
To perform a V-sit, position with your arms locked out, then lift your legs so they are level with your sternum or beyond! You can hold the position for seconds, 5-10 secs.

Condition right now!! Need some more drying out! ! But overall pretty pleased with the improvements that I visibly see! High protein, modest carbs, fibre, fat diet!! Nothing Fad! BF probably at 10 or 12 (can't be very sure) but that's the ballpark!
