We all Are you bored of eating veggies everyday...then here is an easy way to include vegetable in ur meal...u can make chutney and enjoy with rice or roti...I made bottle gaurd (sorakaya) chutney today here is the recipe..

Recipe :

Ingredients :

- 2 onions medium sized
- 1 Tomatoes medium sized
- 7-8 green chillies
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2kg sized bottle gaurd
- salt as per taste
- little oil, mustard seeds,urad Dal,2 red chillies, few curry leaves for tampering

Method :

- Chop onions , Tomatoes and bottle gaurd in small size
- Saute onions with little oil, after they are soft add tomatoes, now add chillies ,garlic cloves and bottle gaurd.
- Let it cook for 10 to min untill it is soft
- After it cools down,add salt as per taste, blend it and add tampering to it and enjoy it with hot rice Nd ghee or roti đŸ€€

Here are few tips to Sleep Better at Night :

1. Increase bright light exposure during the day

2. Reduce blue light exposure in the evening(phone,laptop,tv)

3. Don’t consume caffeine late in the day

4. Reduce irregular or long daytime naps

5. Try to sleep and wake at consistent times

6. Don’t drink alcohol

7.Optimize your bedroom environment and Set your bedroom temperature

8.Don’t eat late in the evening

9.Take a relaxing bath or shower

10.Exercise regularly — but not before bed

" Seed cycling " is new trend now that is claimed to balance hormones,boost fertility, improves thyroid health,hair health,weight loss.

It starts from having flax seeds and pumpkin seeds from day 1 to 14 days...then from 15th to 30th day sunflower seeds and sesame seeds are recommended....!!!!

Ingredients :

Foxtail millet 1cup

Moong dal 1.5cups

Mixed Vegetables (carrot,beans, radish etc can add any vegetable)

Onions 1cup

Tomatos 1.5cups

Chillies 3-4

Tumeric 1/4spoon

Salt as per taste

Mustard seed, curry leaves,cumin seeds for tampering

Method :

1. Heat a pan, add foxtail millet and dry roast over low flame for 1 – 2 mins. It should be slightly hot to your touch.Transfer to a bowl.

2. Add moong dal to the pan and dry roast it for 10-20 seconds. Transfer it to the same bowl.

3. Heat a bowl (in which ubwant to cook) with one tsp ghee.Temper with mustard seeds and asafoetida. When the mustard splutter, add cumin seeds and let it sizzle. Add onions and cook till it turns brown.

4.Add tomato, ginger and saute for a few seconds. Add chopped vegetables, green chilies, curry leaves, peas and mix well.

5. Add turmeric powder, curry powder, dry roasted foxtail millet, yellow moong dal and give a quick mix.

6. Add water, salt, mix well, close the lid and cook it until is soft.

7.Millet khichdi is ready. Serve hot with some ghee drizzled on top with chutney, curd raita or pickle.

Recipe of PALAK SOUP :

Ingredients :

3 cups of palak (washed and drained)
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp grated garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
One cup low-fat milk (or almond milk )
Salt and pepper for taste

Method :

1.Heat the ghee in a pan and add garlic,onions and saute on a medium flame for 2-3min.

2.Add spinach (palak) and saute on a medium flame for 3min.

3.Add 1.5 cups of water and mix well and bring it to boil (stir in between).

4.Cool slightly and blend in a mixer rill smooth.

5.Transfer the mixture into a pan and then add milk,Salt and pepper and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 min,stir occasionally.

Serve hot đŸ”
