2- Forgiveness challenge

1. First Forgive - Then ask for forgiveness - do both 7 times each. This way you neutralise all the hatred and negativity between the two of you. You can completely let go of the person.
2. You have to choose and imagine one person in front of you, not more than one.
3. The hatred wasn’t built in one day, so it takes time to forgive, minimum 7 days. Now for a small irritation or annoyance -7 days maybe enough if this be the case then pick 4 different people and do it for 4 weeks, 7 days -7 times each.
4. If the hatred is of a long time ( business partners etc) or for a intimate relation, like your spouse or parents, children, in laws etc. it won’t go away in 7 days. So choose one person alone and do it for 30 days. It just takes 5 minutes.
5. Don’t think about this person whole day - similar to cutting any connection with him or her in the energy world. When you finish the practise- say I Let go or I release you.

Introducing February Forgiveness Challenge - Did you know that forgiveness is the key to love and in this month of Valentine❤️, we would like to assist you in building the essence of love, that is forgiveness and kindness.
Forgiveness, kindness, Love act as a lubricant in any relationship and that relationship starts with you first. As you forgive others, you become more calm, loving and carefree and then only you can pour that love to others and have that perfect Romeo Juliet relationship. It also applies to your work relationships, your inner circle and your outer circle, basically to any person who has wronged you.
How does it work?
First let’s understand why do we have to Forgive people especially when the other person has wronged you.

When someone wrongs us, it is merely a return of our own karma. This person is just a *delivery guy* but it’s our own karma which is coming back to us through this person whom we hate. If it were not this person, it would be someone else, because unless we get back the pain we have inflicted on others we will not understand the harm we have done to others and improve next time. That’s why we punish children as well so that they don’t repeat the mistake but in long term it’s good for them.
Similarly when we get a taste of our own medicine through another person, we learn to never repeat it. This is very good for the development of the soul.
Therefore, the middle man, that is, the person harming us, hurting us is merely a delivery guy. So forgive her or him.

Now recall the tightness you feel in your chest when you think of this person whom you hate, it’s not a nice feeling. Imagine how this negative energy which is built inside you would be harming your organs and affecting your work, relationship and finances.
Therefore, we forgive the person for our own good mental and physical health, happiness and prosperity.

Therefore, we take up this challenge as soon as we get up in the morning and get over with the most difficult task of the day so that we can breathe freely, work happily and be charged up whole day.

We will be illustrating the steps you have to do for this forgiveness tomorrow, so watch out.

In the basic book we also learn about virtues. To become a powerful healer, character building is very important. It helps us to become a better, bigger and clean instrument of healing.

In the Basic Book itself, GMCKS sows the seed of understanding of karma and character building as eventually the motive of the healer is a key ingredient in enhancing our power to become instruments of healing.

Sometimes diseases are karmic in origin. Negative Karma can be neutralised through the Law of Mercy and Law of Forgiveness. When we learn the lesson that is to be learned and simultaneously do the right thing we can overcome the situation.

"By showing mercy to others we will be shown mercy" - Matthew 5:7

We can show mercy by tithing , healing , avoiding bullying or being cruel. We can practice forgiveness towards all so called enemies and people who have hurt us. This releases the negative energies and overcome negative karma. Patients can be guided and reminded about this to be able to come out of difficult scenarios.

GMCKS also beautifully mentions to the healers that it is our duty to try and give our best to alleviate the condition of the patient, and at the same time be detached with the results.
