Recently had the privilege of attending the Amar Ujala Samvaad Summit in Lucknow(27 Feb 24, and it was a memorable experience.
Kudos to Amar Ujala for orchestrating such a well-arranged summit, with topics that were not only pertinent but also empowering, particularly focusing on women’s wellness and empowerment.

One of the highlights was hearing from Ms. Smriti Irani Honourable Minister for Women and Child Development , sharing her remarkable career journey and success mantra. Her insights were truly inspiring and left a lasting impression on everyone present.

The dialogue with Ms. Manu Dhakkar, an Olympian, was equally engaging. Her confidence and maturity at such a young age were remarkable, and her experiences added a unique perspective to the discussions.

As a panelist for the segment on women in healthcare, it was an honor to contribute to the dialogue surrounding such an important topic. Overall, the summit provided invaluable learning experiences and fostered meaningful conversations about empowerment and progress.

Had an incredible time at the Young Radiation Oncologists Conference at AIIMS Jodhpur on Jan 20 ,2024! 🌟

The conference was a deep dive into cutting-edge topics, from intricate clinical scenarios to the integration of AI in Radiation Oncology.

🔬 The scientific content was top-notch, reflecting the latest advancements in the field. Exciting discussions on Brachytherapy, SRRT and especially AI revolutionizing treatment planning and personalized medicine left me inspired about the future of healthcare.

🤝 The conference wasn't just about tech – it emphasized communication too! Insightful sessions on using social media for medical knowledge sharing opened my eyes to the power of digital platforms in disseminating valuable information.

🌐 What stood out? The inclusive environment that encouraged diverse perspectives-There were more than 300 Abstracts submitted by budding Radoncs.

Kudos to the organizers for a meticulously curated event that covered the spectrum of Radiation Oncology! 🚀

We came together for a truly heartwarming event - "Rubaroo “ on 28.10.2023.
It was celebration of life, hope, and resilience,

💃 The evening started with mesmerizing dance performances by staff & survivors. Their incredible spirit and talent were on full display, reminding us that cancer doesn't define them. These moments of joy and expression were a testament to the healing power of art.

👩‍⚕️Our dedicated medical professionals, doctors, nurses, and caregivers, showed their support by participating in fashion show ,dance and musical acts. Their presence emphasized that the fight against cancer is a collaborative effort, and we all share the journey.

🌟The most touching part of the evening was when survivors shared their personal cancer journeys. Their stories were a powerful reminder of the strength of the human spirit. From diagnosis to recovery, their tales of hope and triumph inspired everyone.

The Rubaroo event was a beautiful testament to the power of community support for those affected by cancer. It highlighted the importance of raising awareness and promoting early detection, while showcasing the strength of survivors and their families.

As we left the Rubaroo event, we were reminded that life is worth celebrating, and together we can spread hope, raise awareness, and support those battling cancer. This evening was a beautiful reminder that even in adversity, we can find beauty, resilience, and strength in unexpected places.

Cancer Awareness Talk at Maharaja Agrasen College

I had the privilege of addressing a group of enthusiastic students on the crucial topic of cancer awareness. The central theme of my talk was the pivotal role that today's youth can play in becoming cancer awareness ambassadors.

Cancer continues to affect millions of lives across the globe. In India, the situation is particularly alarming, with an increasing number of young people being diagnosed with this disease. The reasons behind this surge in cancer among the youth are multifaceted, including lifestyle choices, environmental factors, and genetic predisposition.

The key message I emphasized during the talk was the power of awareness and early detection. Young adults, armed with knowledge and a sense of responsibility, can be instrumental in spreading awareness about the importance of cancer prevention and early screenings. By initiating conversations, organizing awareness campaigns, and utilizing social media platforms, the youth can reach a vast audience and encourage regular check-ups.

Furthermore, I highlighted the significance of supporting cancer patients and survivors emotionally and financially. Compassion and empathy are values that the youth can champion, fostering a more inclusive and supportive society.

The talk concluded with a call to action, urging the students to take up the mantle of cancer awareness ambassadors. By becoming proactive in this fight, they can make a significant impact and contribute to reducing the burden of cancer on their generation and generations to come.
