Chef Le Baut's illustrious career speaks volumes – from leading the kitchens of Michelin-starred establishments to spearheading the LCB Manila and Ottawa campuses as Executive Director. The 15th edition of culinary art India (CAI) 2023, a professional culinary challenge had been hosted by Indian Culinary Forum India and integrated with AAHAR WAYS International fair 2023, Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality and Tourism, G D Goenka University is happy to share that our students have won 23 medals in various categories of the CAI competition. Joint service Training Institute, INS Hamla has dropped its anchor at Le Cordon Bleu School, Gurugram, India GD Goenka University earlier this afternoon to begin a partnership of knowledge exchange and skills development. It was an honour to interact with head of INS Hamla Commodore Neeraj Malhotra and head of JSTI Commander Arjun Kapoor to sign an agreement covering various activities that will be conducted jointly by INS Hamla and Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality & Tourism, Gurugram.

“Future of Learning and Learning for Future”: An expert session conducted by Professor Madan Pant, Ph.D in Computational Physics from IIT Roorkee, drew a lot of learning and laughter. His ideas on how schooling at times curtails creativity lead to a robust debate. His unassuming style with a sardonic sense of humour was loved by all the participants.

IHG Campus Placement Drive at Le Cordon Bleu School Of Hospitality and Tourism, GD Goenka University.

Ms. Vinita Thapa - Director Human Resources & Mr. Krish Ghai - Assistant Manager Human Resources, form IHG Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon visited School on Tuesday , November 15th 2022, to conduct a preliminary round for the selection of students for their management training programs.

A presentation was shown in the beginning on which they discussed about the various career opportunities at the IHG Group followed by the group discussions and personal interviews.

Chef Sweety Singh, has been whipping up Punjabi food since he was 19. Chef Singh’s passion for food was fuelled at a young age by his father and he inherited his unique style of cooking.

Participants will have live interaction with the celebrity chef Sweety Singh during the competition. The participants will receive valuable feedback and suggestions on their prepared dishes.

It was an immense pleasure for Le Cordon Blue India & GD Goenka University students to host Vianney MEYNIER (Head of Agrotech department for India and South Asia at Business France) on campus. The students prepared a three-course menu & unique dining experience.

Through discussions, Business France India & Le Cordon Bleu India shared thoughts on trends, innovations, and the future of hospitality & culinary education. Further, LCB students will benefit from the various food and wine events that are being planned in the coming future in collaboration with Business France. All the diners were impressed with the dishes created by the Culinary Students and the menu written in flawless French was indeed a 'raison d'etre' to emphasize on putting guests first in any event.

Dhruv dedicates this book to Le Cordon Bleu school and acknowledges the support he received from the faculty at LCB India GD Goenka University, Gurgaon. Mr. Charles Cointreau will formally launch this book during his visit to LCB India campus later this year. Proud moment for all of us at LCB. Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality and Tourism, GD Goenka University, Gurugram in association with Soni Foundation Trust is conducting a CSR activity along with a donation drive for the under privileged students and daily wagers.

We are joining hands to offer Mid-Day meals to the daily wagers who did not get a job on the day and thus can't afford to buy lunch.

We would be donating books, stationary , clothes, toys etc. to help the underprivileged students in his school named "Under the tree".

LCB India students will be organising a mid day meal for the daily wagers ( around 120 in number) on Wednesday the 7th Sep' 2022.

This event is being driven by the students, Our students from BHMCT and MHMCT are volunteering for the same with the determination and the zeal to serve the community.

It Takes a Village! In the case of the our students it took experts from across the world, Chef rajiv cowasjee to debate with the students about the choice of dishes to be cooked for the India International Hospitality Expo competition. Chef Jasjit Sandhu worked with the students on using the right techniques to produce a dish under extreme pressure in a limited time. Chef Mayank Chopra, the assistant director at Le Cordon Bleu, Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality and Tourism worked on the regional food angle by explaining the anthropological aspect in regional foods of India to produce authentic delicacies. Fantastic effort. Great work by LCB Semester III students, Sarvesh, Sumit and Arun. Keep it up guys.
