𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:-
In a mixer, blend soaked overnight moong dal and blend well.

Add carrot, beetroot, onions, green chilli, ginger cubes,tomatoes and again blend well.

In the batter add salt, turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder and mix well.

Heat a pan , brush it with ghee. Then pour the batter, cook both sides well.
