The most important thing, to protect yourself from Covid 19 is hygiene. Self hygiene is much helpful.
Try to avoid unpacked bread, cakes etc.
Though food is not directly involved in the transmission of Covid 19 but you should avoid street food for the hygiene purpose.
Hygiene of food workers is another important part.
Cloves and garlic is helpful as they can helps to boost your immunity.
Drink lots of water.
Try to be hydrated.
Good quality protein are quite helpful.
Hygiene of raw ingredients is necessary.
Don't be panic.
Don't spread rumers.
Be safe.
10 easy and interesting tips to loose your weight...
1. Try to use little bit of oil for your food. It's better to use olive oil.
2. Eat more amount of protein. Good quality protein like fish chicken and egg white are quite helpful.
3. Have more fruits and veggies for fiber. Fiber rich food increase fullness and helps to loose more weight.
4. Try to take any probiotic everyday to improve your gut motility, like yogurt, kimchi, kefir, temph etc.
5. 8 hour sound sleep is necessary and try to drink 3 to 4 lt of water.
6. Manage your stress with the help of yoga or meditation.
7. 30 minute cardio exercise is helpful.
8. Reduce your caffeine intake.
9. Try to have small quantities of food with every two to three hour interval.
10. Cut down sugary beverage and have healthy snacks like fruit salad, sauted veggies, unsalted and unflavored nuts and chew food properly.

Here I am giving you some tips how to fight with depression with the help of diet plan..
Vitamin C rich food like blueberries, broccoli, grapefruit, kiwi, oranges etc will help.
Vitamin E rich food source like nuts, vegetable oil will also help.
One of the most important factor is carbohydrates. Carbs can boost brain chemical, serotonin and related to low serotonin activity. If you want to fight with depression just try to restrict simple carbs like sugary food.
There is a relation between low selenium and poor mood so try to have whole grain, beans and legumes.
Omega 3 fatty acids like walnut, soybean oil, flaxseed can helps to improve your mood swings.
Try to have chamomile tea at bed time daily and see the impact.
