World diabetes day with children’s day.🌈
As diabetes is a subject to educate and our children is our world future. So” lets educate to protect tomorrow”.

Today’s sessions was about awareness in type1 diabetes.

Managing diabetes can be really hard at very young age. Sometimes you may feel exhausted. Having diabetes means that you need to check your blood sugar levels often, make healthy food choices, be physically active, remember to take your medicine, bear painful injections daily and make other good decisions about your health several times a day.

To cope with all this, First of all accept your present condition with no negative feeling. With healthy diet, monitoring sugar levels regularly, regular doctor follow up it can be easily managed.

If you notice that you’re feeling frustrated, tired, and unable to make decisions about your diabetes care, take action. Tell your family, friends, and health care providers. They can help you get the support you need.

This is a very simple and fuss-free recipe to make a clear soup that is light, healthy and nutritious. It is also gluten-free and vegan.

Generally I do not use any vegetable stock to make soup – it may or may not be there. Not all of us have a veggie stock handy.

I usually keep the seasonings in the veg clear soup to a minimal, so that the taste and flavors of the mixed vegetables do not get subdued in the recipe. So there are no strong flavored spiced elements in this soup.
