โRemember as many times as possible to look into the body and see whether you are carrying some tension in the body somewhere โ the neck, the head or the legsโฆ. Relax it consciously. Just go to that part of the body, and persuade that part, say to it lovingly โRelax!โ

โYou will be surprised that if you approach any part of your body, it listens, it follows you โ it is your body! With closed eyes, go inside the body from the toe to the head, searching for any place where there is tension. And then talk to that part as you talk to a friend; let there be a dialogue between you and your body. Tell it to relax, and tell it, โThere is nothing to fear. Don't be afraid. I am here to take care; you can relax.โ Slowly slowly, you will learn the knack of it. Then the body becomes relaxed.โ โOsho
Mastsyasana, or fish pose, is chest opening reclining back bend & also known as heart opening pose. It's usually performed as a counter pose after a shoulder stand or headstand to calm the tension in the shoulders, neck & spine. In Mastsyasana your pelvis rests on the floor space your arms can be placed underneath.
๐ฟSpiritual Significance : The practice of the Mastsyasana is also believed to have a spiritual significance, the pose is said to help the practitioner to connect with the divine and attain a higher level of consciousness. It is said to help to quiet the mind, and to open the heart chakra, which is associated with spiritual enlightenment.

Eka Hasta Bhujanasna ( Elephant Trunk)
This is a really great way to prepare and build strength for Eight Angle. Straight from Rock the Baby. thread the right arm underneath the right knee and plant the hands firmly on either side of the hips, press down lifting the hips up & drawing them back, maybe lifting the heel off. Hold for 3-5 breath & enjoyyyyyy your pose ..it's looks tricky ๐
..but believe me it's not ๐๐๐งโโ๏ธ๐ฅณ๐.

You will undoubtedly strengthen your bond and share many laughs along the way. Everyone is welcome regardless of your skill or experience level, and there's always room to grow.
