Beginner’s who are looking forward to do Eka Pada Sirsasana first brushing up your basics. Because it’s not easy to perform Asana, it’s better if you practice a lot other and hamstrings related Asana.

Garbhasana (Fetus Pose)
The word comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Garbha’ which means or and the meaning of Asana is a seat, pose or posture.

Fetus Pose is a Yoga pose; you have to maintain your weight on your buttocks.

Contraindications:
