Embarking on an exhilarating excursion from the serene Anadi Yoga Centre to Kunjapuri Temple is a spiritual journey that unfolds amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas. As the sun rises, the trek takes you through lush forests and steep terrain, offering panoramic vistas of the snow-capped peaks and the holy Ganges River below. At Kunjapuri Temple, perched atop a hill, the air is imbued with tranquility and spirituality. Visitors partake in ritual ceremonies, find inner peace, and connect with the divine. Kunjapuri is the temple of Goddess Durga is one of the 52 Shaktipeeth temples in Uttarakhand. It is believed that the chest of burned Sati (Lord Shiva's first wife) had fallen there, hence the name Kunjapuri was given to this temple as kunja means chest in Sanskrit.
