NGOs Coordination Board

The Non-Governmental Organizations Co-ordination Board is a State Corporation established by the Non-Governmental Organizations Co-ordination Act (Cap 19)

The NGOs Co-ordination Board is responsible for inter alia registering, facilitating and coordinating all national and international NGOs operating in Kenya; advising the government on their contribution to national development; providing policy guidelines for NGOs to align their activities with national priorities and receiving and analysing NGOs annual reports.

Make arrangements to file your returns in time to prevent last minute rush and avoid subsequent late filing penalties of Kshs25,000. Where applicable, your returns should be accompanied with audited accounts prepared in the manner prescribed by the Board.

Don't be caught 'offguard'. If your financial year ended on December 31st 2023 you are expected to file your returns before March 31st 2024. Note that all returns received after the deadline will attract a late filing penalty of KES.25,000/-
