A total of 77 illegitimate pharmacies and chemists have been closed down by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board through a reinforced crackdown within North and South Rift regions. The illegal operators have been arrested and arraigned in various courts within the region according to Senior Drug Inspector Julius Kaluai. “We are urging members of the public to be vigilant and report any mischievous persons to the regulator,” he advised. He added the 'Health Safety Code' banner displayed in licensed outlets should be utilized by mwanachi to authenticate the legitimacy of the premise and personnel operating it.”

We have been shortlisted for the annual Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) Competition and we are among the top global semifinalists, seeking to sail into the finals and share our story and impact we want to achieve in Sub Sahara Africa, on a global stage in the 2018 Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC), which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey.
