Joseph carefully orchestrated a whole chain of events to make it appear as if Benjamin has stolen the Pharoah's gracious cup. Joseph figured that the ensuing concentration would show once and for all whether his older brothers would stand up for his siblings, or whether they would abandon Benjamin as they had done to Joseph years before. Judah's moving plea for mercy, his heartfelt concern for his father, and his willingness to serve as a substitute for his accused brother brought Joseph to tears. Judas was not the callous man who has once suggested selling Joseph into slavery; over the years he has become a caring and sensitive son and brother. Can your family see you changing and growing into what God wants you to be? Have the humility to let them see progress. MATURE! MATURE! MATURE, GROW UP.

HOME SWEET HOME. (1st Kings 4:25).
Under king Solomon's reign, every family in Judah and Israel lived in peace and safety. Each family can have its own home and garden. As leaders in the home and families, parents have a responsibility to provide a safe, stable place everyone can call home. Don't allow over-scheduling, personal concerns, or problems to take over. Keep an eye on everyone's stress level, and when it is getting too high, take the lead in reducing it. Being a good parent sometimes involves canceling a planned outing. Insist on turning off the TV when it matters. Remember there can be nothing like HOME SWEET HOME.

APPRECIATION. (Ruth 1:8)

Responsibilities
+Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Managing Director including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, plan, coordinate and ensures the Managing Director’s schedule is followed and respected; acts in a “gatekeeper” capacity, creating win-win situations for direct access to CEO’s time and office.

+Manage the Managing Director’s office ensuring the proper documentation and record keeping on behalf of the CEO.

+Occasionally travelling with Managing Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during business trips.
+Deputizing for the Managing Director, making decisions and delegating work to others in his absence.
+Ensure the Managing Director is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements he is involved in.
+The job holder may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary.
