Our coffee is strong enough to make a delicious iced latte or espresso martini, while also making a delicate iced black coffee to rival the finest cold brew. We recommend 25ml of our espresso, with 125ml of water or milk โ altering the strength to your preference.

Classic Black Espresso Martini
(make sure to check out the Creamy version on our website recipes page:))
Ingredients:
โIce
โ100ml vodka
โ25ml of Steam Brew Coffee
โ50ml coffee liqueur (usually Kahlua)
โ4 coffee beans (optional)
Methods:
1. Pour the vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso into a cocktail shaker. Fill the martini glass with ice to chill and then fill the cocktail shaker with ice as well.
2. Shake til the ice smashed up while chilling the liquid down; its what creates the frothy top.
3. Place the strainer on top of the shaker and pour the contents through a sieve directly into the glass.
4. Garnish with 4 coffee beans.

Creamy Mocha Breakfast Smoothie
๐ฅ 150ml Chocolate milk (e.g. Lewis road creamery)
โ 25ml Steam Brew Coffee
๐ฅ 1 x heaped teaspoon peanut butter
๐ฅฎ Pinch cinnamon
Pop all ingredients with ice into a smoothie maker and blend until smooth. Pour and enjoyโค๏ธ

We appreciate our customers taking their time to write a review for us. It helps us to understand them better and what we can improve in the future.
500ml bottle is relatively easy for you to carry around, and its more cost effective. However, we want to make it even more convenient by introducing a smaller volume bottle in the future.
While we try to keep packaging to a minimum, we are going to bring on an exciting gift pack option. Stayed tuned!

The simplest and most delicious Creamy Espresso Martini you can make at homeโค๏ธ
To serve 2:
Shake 30ml of Steam Brew Espresso and 150ml of Remarkable Cream with ice.
We served this during sampling sessions early this year in liquor stores. People really loved it. The sweetness and richness of butterscotch balance well with the bitterness from the Honduras espresso. These two products together create instant smooth and rich foam once shaken. Easy and delicious!
I got it for myself as I love a good strong ice coffee but hated going into stores and potentially getting a sour, bitter, burnt coffee and wasting up to $8 for the coffee (plus extra shots.) But I got these in the mail and they were DELICIOUS and now my Dad drinks it too! He is buying the next lot we get. Cheaper than the coffees we get in town too so we are actually saving money! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
