Blueberry Basil Coconut Spritz

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

5-6 pieces fresh basil

3 tbs freshly squeezed lime juice

3 cans Coaqua Coconut Water

Splash of soda

Muddle the blueberries, basil and lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the Coaqua along with a few pieces of ice, and secure the lid onto the shaker. Shake for 30 seconds until the liquid is chilled. Pour the spritz, muddled bits and all, into ice-filled cocktail glasses and top with a splash of club soda. Serve immediately

Coconut water is high in potassium so after heavy exercise, heavy exertion, or heavy drinking, coconut water is fabulous darling.... so here's a cocotail to get you going!

1 punnet of raspberries
4 cups Coaqua
1 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup simple syrup (adjust according to preferred taste)
1 bottle of Prosecco

In a large pitcher, muddle raspberries with Coaqua, lemon juice and simple syrup. Serve in glass over ice and top with Prosecco.

Lychee Dragon Cocotail -
100ml CoAqua
30ml Cranberry Juice
120ml Lychee Liqueur
30ml Lychee Syrup/Juice

Shake all ingredients in a shaker. Pour over ice. Enjoy!

COCO-FROSE
1 bottle rosé wine (pick a darker one)
½ cup sugar syrup
½ cup coconut water
fresh mint leaves
5 tbs fresh lemon juice
METHOD:
A day ahead, choose a freezer container or large pan that is large enough to hold the wine. Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours. Since rosé is alcohol, it won’t be frozen solid.
The next day, In a blender, add lemon juice, Coaqua and sugar syrup frozen rosé, 5 fresh mint leaves, and 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Cover with a lid and transfer the blender jar along with the frosé into the freezer. Freeze until thickened, about 25 – 35 minutes.
Blend again until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.

COCO FIZZ COCOTAIL
25ml coconut rum
50ml coaqua coconut water
juice of ½ lime
ice
50ml prosecco
Put the coconut rum, coconut water and lime juice into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is icy-cold to the touch. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, top with the Prosecco and serve!
