We are looking for a female flatmate ( student or someone who works fulltime) to occupy one bedroom of our lovely home:
Key details:
☀️ Located in Pakuranga along the main highway, bus stops are a walking distance only!
☀️ Few mins drive to Pakuranga Plaza, Botany Town Centre, Panmure station.
☀️The room is sunny, and airy, has its own wardrobe. Single bed and mattress are provided. The computer chair and table can stay in the room if you want to use them! 🙂
☀️ You will be sharing a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub with ONE female flatmate.
☀️ You will be living with only 3 adults- one couple, and one lovely lady who all work fulltime.
☀️ Rent is $230 / per week which includes utilities ( Internet, Gas, Power, Wifi )
☀️ We will require 2x week bond and 1 week advance which is $ 690 in total!
