SATURDAY 1 JUNE - HAPPENING TOMORROW Wellbeing Markets - Make a day of it!

🦁 Love this reminder because I do sometimes catch myself feeling a little green eyed with envy.
🦁 Like all other feelings, it shows up for a reason and once I realize what it is, the shift happens and peace is restored.

🦁 I often need a reminder like this for there are times when my ego plays hard ball and Mr Self-Doubt steps up to the plate.
🦁 Ever happen with you? Love for you to share your tips on how to reboot myself.

🦁 Sometimes it's not easy to do, nor can you do it immediately but once you do it the relief is instant.
🦁 Just one more way of being kind to yourself!
