Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold — built on the idea that in embracing flaws and imperfections, you can create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art.

As someone with a surgical scar as a butt crack (which a select few have had the honour of viewing privately 😛), learning about Kintsugi allowed me to explore my outdated negatively➖ charged thoughts on this "once-broken" part of my human body.

It showed me a new model of thinking!!
