Seeking Retreat Recommendations in Bali ✨️

I’m reaching out for recommendations on retreat spaces in Bali for a group of 18 individuals.

We’re seeking a 3-5 day retreat filled with healing experiences, cultural experiences, yoga, nourishing food (vegan and allergy-friendly options), spiritual practices, maybe some fun experiences like snorkeling and quad bikes and other meaningful events/ceremonies.

⚡️Narcissism / Empathy ⚡️

We all walk a delicate path between the energies of self and others — between narcissistic behavior and empathetic behavior. Reiki, in its wisdom, teaches us the importance of balance in all things. 🌿✨

Narcissistic behavior is rooted in an over-focus on the self, where ego dominates and the heart's connection to others is dimmed. It can create walls, isolation, and a false sense of superiority. But Reiki reminds us that true power comes from LOVE — the energy that connects us all. It invites us to soften the grip of ego and embrace the higher truth that we are not separate from one another.

On the other end, empathetic behavior is the expression of the heart’s deep wisdom, where we can feel, understand, and hold space for the emotions of others. Empathy is a sacred gift, but even this energy must be balanced. In the practice of Reiki, we learn to be compassionate healers for others, but we also learn the importance of nurturing our own spirit. If we give endlessly without replenishing our own energy, we lose sight of the balance that sustains true healing.

Reiki shows us that it’s not about choosing one side or the other but harmonizing the two. 🌸✨ Just as we channel healing energy to others, we must allow that energy to flow into ourselves. Too much focus on the self, and we close off from connection; too much focus on others, and we risk losing our own light. In Reiki, we find balance by staying grounded in our truth, giving from a place of love, not ego, and honoring the divine energy within all beings — including ourselves.

Let's remember that the key to true healing and growth lies in this balance. When we release the ego’s need for control and embrace empathy, while still maintaining healthy boundaries, we allow the light of Reiki to flow through us freely.

Reiki teaches us that healing is not just about fixing what is broken but about returning to wholeness. That wholeness comes when we balance our inner world with the outer, the self with the other, and ego with compassion. 🌿💖
