Bone Breathing Qigong 3 hour workshop

When: This Saturday June 22, 1.45 until 4.45pm

Venue: Health & Awareness Centre, 186 Bealey Ave to be confirmed depending on numbers, otherwise Shirley area.

Cost: $45

Description: basic Qigong practices such as activating your Life Force, Kidney Breathing (especially useful in winter), Bamboo in the Wind, Emotional Wisdom, Healing Sounds and the Inner Smile. The Bone Breathing is used for strengthening bones as well as stimulating the bone marrow, which make stem cells.
