Seafarer's 7's Rugby Team / Fiji Visit
It was great to hear about the work you are doing with the Seafarer's 7's team and very exciting to hear you will be in Fiji with them at the end of November - 22nd for 1 week.
We have one program that I believe would line up perfectly, if as you mentioned, a couple of students may be able to remain in Fiji for longer for a fully immersive experience.
Youth Empowerment (Community Immersion)
Dates: 16 Day - 28 Nov β 10 Dec
Webpage: https://thinkpacific.com/youth-expedition/
Cost: Usually $2,895 AUD for 16-Days in Fiji.with the scholarship we have just launched below for this select date the program cost would come down to just under $2000 AUD.
Project includes: all meals, accommodation, 24/7 in-country support, domestic travel, charitable donation (Flights & insurance not included).
We offer a Sports Development program which also takes place in the village setting however the next start date for this would be 15 Jan β 30 Jan 2025 so would not work well with your travel dates.
But as you know, with any program based in a village the students will still get plenty of time to get involved with village rugby outside their Youth Workshops π
