NEW MOVEMENT: Lying partner med ball chest press

MONDAY: main lift focus will be back squats for sets of 3, working on increasing the weight during each set!
Also the chance to practice some game day movements 🔥

TUESDAY: main lift focus will be bench press for sets of 3, working on increasing the weight during each set!

WEDNESDAY: pairs session + EMOM finisher 🥳

THURSDAY: main lift focus is deadlifts working at heavy sets of 3!!

FRIDAY: TRACKABLE 3RM 🙌 FRONT SQUATS

SATURDAY: Fast paced intervals! Bring the energy and vibes!

Wow! Day 1 of a new 12 week block!The Fitstop training methodology is simple and adaptable to suit anyone's strength or fitness levels 👊

We deliver a 12 week program that is split into 4 phases. Each phase has a different focus and intention, structured in a way to ensure our members follow a progressive training plan, develop strength and improve overall fitness.

Kicking off today with phase one being, BASE!

Our intention is to understand the basic movement patterns, balancing out the body through unilateral movements, creating a base for your training foundation. This is all about resetting and rebuilding after a huge couple of training weeks where the load has been heavy and intensity has been high 🔥

Overnight Oats or Wheatbix
Ingredients
40 grams of oats or 2 piece wheatbix
100ml low fat milk
160g vanilla yoghurt
1/2cup canned peaches
Cinnamon

Method
1. In a bowl put oats or crumble weetbix and mix with milk, stir till all liquid is absorbed.
2. In a portioned container or jar, layer the weetbix mixture on the base and set aside.
3. In a seperate bowl, combine the yoghurt and peaches mix well till. Layer ontop of the oats / weetbix mixture.
4. Allow to set in fridge till the topping is set, sprinkle with cinnamon & enjoy 🤤
