Outstanding Results at Auction!
Our Epsom Taonga sale set a new NZ auction record for an Oceanic Art auction with a total of over 1 million dollars.
Record prices were achieved for a Hei tiki, Kahu kiwi, and a patu onewa.
Together with our Asian art sale the total for the 2-day sale was over 1.2 million for the catalogue with a sell-through rate of 92 percent.

Chen Ting-shih. One of the highlights of our upcoming NZ & International Fine Art sale taking place on the 14th and 15th of February is this strikingly beautiful work by renowned Taiwanese artist Chen Ting-shih, Instantaneous Time. A suite of four scrolls by this key figure in the history of modern art in Taiwan, with impeccable provenance, having been purchased by our vendors in Hong Kong in the early 1970’s.
