This fresh and vibrant martini variant starts off with freshly foraged Kelp that is lacto fermented over the course of 7 days. The brine is stabilized using navy gin then lengthened with a dry white port and more NZ dry Gin and popped into the freezer for service. 🌊🪸🍸

We've got some beautiful new additions to our cocktail list. And yes, one of the fantastic 8 is a style of a contemporary "mulled wine" of sorts which was brought back by popular demand.🍷😁 (not pictured here)

This new menu revolves around twists on classics. Elevated, a bit left field and absolutely delightful.

We've got a fun evening coming up! We've seen lots of interest already, so if you're free Sunday July 21st and love all things chess and quality agave spirits then this is the night to show up! This a a fun, social chess tournament geared towards the hospo croud but all around accepting.

Every Thursday night we host our ‘Songwriter Sessions’ where keen creators and listeners hear the freshest of local musical talent. This little gem of a night is hosted by Seamus Johnson, from local band Sea Mouse, who has voice of rock and blues legends of old.

We take pride in everything we create at Poquito, from our delicious coffee and tempting sweet treats in the day, to our carefully crafted cocktails in the evening.

After 4 years of new ownership Poquito is now becoming widely reputed as a fine destination for amazing cocktails and service. We are open until late and hope to see you soon!
