Circus Bar is happy to present our very first ‘Paint and Sip’ night! No painting experience necessary as we will be walking you through each step of the painting process so that you can come out of it with a good time and marvelous work of art. Best of all, we clean up the mess!

The power might be out but the linesmen are working furiously to get it back on. Thanks to Makita New Zealand and their banging workplace radio and super bright led work lamps we are still open. Ya ol buds at Circus are getting too old and tired to be working and need some freshness up in this biznitch. You need some extra ca-ca-ca-cash to fund a crippling House Plant addiction, we pay better than The Warehouse (maybe) and have more fun than TimeZone (probably definitely).

It’s like the student allowance but you don’t have to tell us anything about your parents.

Added bonus its only like 2 days a week (FRIDAY & SATURDAY), that leaves the other 5 for you to keep on your Tik Tok grind (don’t worry Jeremy I’m not saying you need practise I’m talking about all the other scrubs ILY a MILY)

Unlike every other bar in the world we only just started being out here looking, so we fresh up in this game. Speaking of fresh, you don’t need experience you’ll get experience by being here.

It’s a job your mum wont hate you having (your dad might but meh)

All service must be seated, separated and single server. Its not viable to set up the bar for this if we are going out of level 2 on Sunday night. This means at the point in time...

We will not be opening again until July.

However watch this space.

If level 2 rolls on longer we will be setting up tables and doing full table service until told otherwise.

If we move to level 3 the bar will be closed until further notice.
If this happens i have to assume there will be a wage subsidy to cover your favorite bartenders wages while the bar is forced to close.

On Friday. We've lined up Gavin Hews and Aaron Barber for an encore performance of American Refugees Comedy Show. This show did a sold out run with us last week as part of the Fringe festival, so get in quick or miss out forever.

On Saturday were lucky to be hosting Jamie Patterson and Brendhan Lovegrove for their Escape from lock-down show. They're here on holiday because why would you stay in Auckland? Again seats are limited due to social distancing so dont blink and miss out.
