The community of the city of Baguio and the province of Benguet welcomes His Excellency, Most Rev. Rafael Tambaoan Cruz, D.D. as its Third Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Baguio.
Referred to as Fr. Raffy was born on March 12, 1960, in the Lingayen-Dagupan archdiocese in Mapandan, Pangasinan. He completed his studies in philosophy at San Pablo Regional College Seminary in Baguio City; he also studied theology at Immaculate Conception School of Theology in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, where he earned a Bachelor of Sacred Theology. He then received a Master of Arts (MA) in counseling psychology and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in clinical psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.
He was ordained a priest on September 8, 1985 on the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan.

PARISH ANNOUNCEMENT:
Saint Louis University has once again been chosen to be the Local Testing Center (LTC) for the 2024 Bar Examinations scheduled on September 8, 11 and 15, 2024. In order to ensure the smooth and streamlined conduct of the Bar preparations and Bar Examinations, and for the safety of our mass goers, please be guided on the following mass schedules:
On September 5 to 8, 10, 11,14, 2024- our 4:45 pm masses will be at the Bishop Carlito Cenzon, CICM, D.D. Sports Center (University Covered Courts) and on September 15, 2024 (Sunday), our 4:00 pm mass will be scheduled earlier at 2:30 pm; morning masses will remain at 8:30 am and 10:00 am with the same venue.
Entrance will be at the upper parking area of Bishop Carlito Cenzon Sports Center, next to Gate 2.
Regular venue and time of our masses will resume on Monday, September 16, 2024.

PARISH ANNOUNCEMENT
Saint Louis University, in coordination with the Center for Campus Ministry and Saint Aloysius Gonzaga Parish, will hold the Holy Spirit masses for the beginning of the Academic Year from August 27 to 29, 2024, at the Bishop Carlito Cenzon, D.d. Sports Center (University Covered Courts).
Please be guided on the following schedules: August 27 and 29, 2024- 10:00 am and 2:00 pm; August 28, 2024- 8:00 am and 2:00 pm.
There will be NO 4:45 pm mass in the parish on the said dates, thus you are invited to attend the mentioned time of masses.
