Under the Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program, SOLGA is a presentation that highlights the General Plan of Action (GPOA) of the SSLG/SELG. This DepEd issuance further cites under 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐱 𝐀, 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐗, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏.𝟏𝟏 that the SSLG officers must conduct a SOLGA during the first and last quarters of the academic year.

During this year's 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐓𝐀 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, the SSLG officers, including Jhanelle Mariez Cariño (SSLG vice president) and Zoila Basubas (SSLG secretary), conducted the SOLGA, which included a brief but concise discussion regarding the last year's SSLG accomplishments and this year's SSLG GPOA. This aims to inform the parents about the programs and activities that the SSLG has in plan for the student body for a better and brighter City High.

Crime Prevention Week is celebrated to raise awareness, encourage community involvement, and promote safety measures to reduce crime and make neighborhoods safer for everyone.

In celebration of Baguio Charter Day, or well known as 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙤 𝘿𝙖𝙮, the SSLG is conducting a short film-making contest that encourages the student body to join and express their creativity in storytelling through film. With the theme "𝙆𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙍𝙖𝙝𝙪𝙮𝙤: 𝙄𝙥𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙬𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙤." We encourage the students to join and use your lens to showcase the rich culture and traditions, arts, history, and most importantly, your stories of the City of Pines. The 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙖ñ𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧 (𝙈𝙃𝙈𝙈𝘾) is conducting private guided tours at The Mansion—Baguio Museum from August 8, 2024, to September 8, 2024. A 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸 was arranged exclusively for schools in Baguio City, including Baguio City High School (BCHS). This is also prior to its
eventual public opening.

This preview provided student leaders with valuable insights into the nation’s rich heritage, highlighting key landmarks and significant moments from the terms of various 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. It also offered an opportunity for these leaders to deepen their understanding of the historical and cultural significance of The Mansion in Baguio City, enriching their knowledge and appreciation of its legacy.

The Mansion—Baguio Museum's unique preview provided student leaders with an insightful chance to delve into the rich history of the Philippines. As student leaders, this is a 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, and we would like to sincerely extend our gratitude for the invitation.

The city government officers of Baguio had a visit to our school today to share their proposed city vision of Baguio for the year 2043.

The event started with a very fun socializing activity to bring out the energy of the students. With the different students from different schools, the BCHS auditorium was filled with smiles and laughter from the students.

An interactive activity was prepared to effectively engage the student leaders with the social issues and the possible solutions that were presented in the said activity.

Despite having different schools, the student leaders had one goal, and that is to help make a better Baguio for 2043.
