The election was successfully conducted through an internal online voting process, facilitated by the 2024 COC-RCY Electoral Board Committee headed by Ms. Wenna Joy Crisostomo on May 24–25, 2024.

These dynamic student leaders and lifesavers are prepared to advance their genuine purpose, energized to create exceptional activities, and empowered to drive significant improvements. They will lead the students of PHINMA-Cagayan de Oro College towards achieving their dreams.
