The CSC Regional Office VI in Mandurriao, Iloilo City will be accepting face-to-face transactions beginning November 8, 2021. Clients are required to book a schedule with the CSC RO VI through the link https://www.picktime.com/cscregion6 and present a copy of their booking confirmation on the day of their visit.

Clients whose purpose is only to submit documents, are advised to utilize the drop box located at the main entrance of the office. All transactions through the drop box must be recorded with the guard-on-duty.

David conducted a committee meeting prior to the proposed ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Creating of Agricultural and Biosystem (ABE) Unit and General Services Unit (GSU).

At the moment, the human resource office conducted an orientation to newly appointed employees of Dumangas on how to be an effective one, code of conduct, laws, professional development and workplace etiquette. Our Hon. Mayor Ronaldo B. Golez reminded that discipline should always be in ourselves in this time of pandemic. Obeying and practice social distancing, proper wearing of facemask and avoid social gatherings. He commended TUPAD Program and Short Term Employment Program of our Labor Employment Officer II, Mr. Jephony Derequito. He also recognized the Department of Agriculture Office headed by Mr. Eugene Decastillo, Jr., Municipal Agriculturist for the distribution of Seeds to farmers and Mr. Ricky Dador, Weather Observer II for the update of weather forecast.

At the moment, CSC Regional Office VI is now having a Zoom meeting on Executive Conversations in Civil Service Matters. Speakers are Rodolfo B. Encajonado and Ariel G. Ronquillo, CSC Assistant Commissioner, and DILG Regional Dir. Juan Jovian E. Ingeniero, head of Regional IATF. This was supported by our Hon. Mayor Ronaldo B. Golez to update employees with regard to the latest information on policies and procedures of csc matters for a harmonious employee-management relations amidst the pandemic.

Virtual meeting was held for the proposed ordinance for medical and dental benefits of employees and officials of LGU Dumangas with HRD Head of CSC Regional Office VI, Ma'am Nelfa Ampatuan who discussed the framework of healthy and wellness responsibilities of employers and employees via zoom. This was spearheaded by the proponent herself, SB Jasmin Golez-Ocampo.
