We deleted the DP Blast a few days ago to avoid confusion for our involved audiences. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and the potential impact it may have on our department's credibility. August 03, 2024, Bulacan State University — Organizations and Fraternities came to Lambakin Elementary School at Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan to conduct a Relief Operation to provide essential aid and support to the victims of severe flooding caused by Typhoon Carina.

We are grateful to those who kindly contributed to the Typhoon Carina victims. The combined efforts have a significant effect on our community. It has also served as an outlet to assist fellow Bulakenyos during this distressing moment.

This relief operation prioritized the BulSUans residing in Brgy. Lambakin who are severely affected by the recent typhoon. We want to extend our gratitude to those who helped, allowing us to reach people and provide a little hope amidst this challenging time.

[BAYAN1HAN: Kalinga sa Oras ng Kalamidad]

Nang dahil sa hagupit ng nagdaang Bagyong Carina ang kalakhang bahagi ng Marilao ay nalubog sa baha. Apektado ng sakunang ito ang ating mga kapwa BulSUan mula sa nabanggit na lungsod. Ito ang nagpapahirap sa kanila at kanilang pamilya na maka-ahon muli. Bilang kapwa kamag-aral, hindi lamang natatapos sa loob ng pamantasan ang ating sama-samang paglaban.

Kaya naman ang BulSUONE ay naglunsad ng proyektong nagnanais na tumulong at kumalinga sa mga biktima ng nagdaang bagyong Carina. Sa pamamagitan ng (Kalinga sa Oras ng Kalamidad) na isang donation drive na may layuning lumahok sa pag-alalay at pagkalinga sa mga Marileñong nasalanta ng naturang kalamidad, ating buhayin muli ang kultura ng bayanihan.

Sama-sama tayong mag-abot ng tulong sa abot ng ating makakaya at makiisa sa kanilang pag-ahon. Dahil ang progresibong pagkilos at pusong bukas-palad ay ang sentro ng pagbabayanihang tutulong sa pagkalinga at pag-ahon ng bawat isa sa oras ng kalamidad.

It has been almost a week since the beginning of the frightening and challenging time for people affected by Habagat strengthened by Typhoon Carina in the Philippines. In this unfortunate chapter, they would ask for a helping hand.

To be able to extend warm support and a little help, various organizations and fraternities at Bulacan State University are organizing a one-week donation drive entitled "𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒑 𝑩𝒖𝒍𝑺𝑼𝒂𝒏, 𝑩𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒉𝒂𝒏: 𝑨 𝑱𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒕 𝑹𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒇 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒚𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒂" to help fellow kababayans in the midst of coping up from the repercussions brought by the heavy rain. This is an initiative of some faculty members, student leaders, and students to participate in serving the community in their possible means.
