Outdoor live Inside Flow yoga class by Teacher on February 12, Sat, 4 pm, at the beautiful Baluarte de San Diego in historic Intramuros, Manila! Fee is Php 350, exclusive of P75 entrance fee. Book your spot via Vinaohh.com.
In an Inside Flow class, music plays an integral part. Students move to the beat, culminating in a choreographed sequence to a feature song.
Teacher Vina is a certified Inside Flow teacher, having trained under the founder himself, Young Ho Kim, in Krabi, Thailand, in 2019.

Studio is still closed, but Teacher is holding a Live Inside Flow yoga class on Dec. 11 (Sat), 4 pm at Urban Greens Warehouse in Makati!
Inside Flow combines music, breath, and movement. We fluidly move from one pose to another, culminating in a choreographed yoga sequence to a feature song. Open to beginners, no dance skill required!

Thank you to everyone who’s been reaching out. Unfortunately, the studio is still closed indefinitely, and with the ever-changing quarantine classifications and LGU restrictions, we feel that this is the best decision for now. Hopefully, this doesn’t stop you from finding ways to practice to keep healthy not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
