Among the nine pairs who sashayed their way to the crown, the Department of Plant Pathology and the Department of Animal Science, respectively.

Over the course of heedful deliberation, unparalleled hard work, and braving themselves to represent their esteemed departments, these victorious pair of beauties have been favored by fate to clinch a spot as the 2nd runner-up. This night of mystique was indeed witnessed with splendor and enchantment, as in the tale of grace and elegance, these very own Ka-Aggies will never cease to grapple towards triumph.

Our warmest congratulations to Honey Rose Sabanal Delos Reyes, the CMU Plant Pathological Society Secretary and an incoming junior pathogen of the Department of Plant Pathology, as she will be representing the College of Agriculture, Central Mindanao University in the 2023 Asian Association of Agricultural Colleges and Universities (AAACU) Student Enrichment Program that will be held this coming July 2023 in Malaysia.

The said program is for undergraduate agriculture students from various member institutions from countries and states including Guam (USA), Iran, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Philippines, Vietnam. The student representatives will have the opportunity to practice and develop themselves as well as meet and network with new friends from the member institutions.

Buctot, MS, guest speaker.

With this, the junior pathogens are requesting all second year - Plant Pathology major students to attend the said seminar for a fun-filled learning experience. The attendees are requested to bring notebook and ballpen during the seminar.

Ma'am Mary Grace Pacatang, Guidance Coordinator II, discussed the importance of Republic Act No. 11053 or the Anti-Hazing Act of 2018 that regulates the act of hazing and other initiation rites in fraternities and sororities in the country.

The 𝗖𝗠𝗨 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 (𝗖𝗠𝗨-𝗣𝗣𝗦) will be having an upcoming seminar entitled "𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙞-𝙃𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙖𝙬: 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚," this Sunday, March 26, 2023 at the Audio – Visual Room, Integrated Science Laboratory Building, College of Agriculture from 8:00 am - 11: am.

The said activity will serve as an avenue which aims to foster understanding among the members of the organization with regards to Republic Act No. 11053 or the Anti-Hazing Act of 2018.

With this, all 𝟯𝗿𝗱 and 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 plant pathology students are required to attend the said event.

The 𝐂𝐌𝐔 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲(CMU-PPS) student members actively joined and completed the assigned stations during the workshop session, wherein they have been exposed to the various methods of mushroom production.

LOOK: The 𝐂𝐌𝐔 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 (CMU-PPS) student members actively participated the 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫-𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑, earlier today, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 at the 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌- 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌.

Dr. Guia G. Saludares, Special Coordinator of the CMU Mushroom Center, discussed the various varieties of mushroom which are grown for enterprise development projects. She also presented the methods of growing mushroom involving both laboratory and field works. Furthermore, Dr. Saludares highlighted the importance of mushrooms to human and encouraged the participants to consider mushroom production as one of their business prospects.

Curiosity and eagerness to discover and learn new things were seen in the faces of all the CMU-PPS students throughout the seminar-workshop.
