The Collating the Voice of People Living with Autoimmune Diseases (CoVAD-3) survey, is a multicenter patient self-reporting electronic survey to collect meaningful data to shed light on various underexplored aspects within the realm of diseases. Anyone over the age of 18 years, who is healthy OR has any autoimmune disease is eligible to take the survey. Please find below the link for the CoVAD-3 survey, QR code with an infographic post you may choose to use for disseminating the survey. Your kind help in sharing the survey with patients in clinics, as bulletin notifications, and on patient support groups.
