As the common saying goes, "health is wealth". ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒŸ

With that in mind, let's start the first day of the week by reminding ourselves to practice self-care. Life may become overwhelming at some point, leaving us barely any time to ourselves due to responsibilities we have to prioritized over especially for the sake of people we cared and loved such as our family and children.

Despite of that, the MHHM Family hoped to encourage everyone to set aside at least five minutes for yourself and use it any way you want. It could be to say a short prayer of gratitude, to meditate, or even go outside. Those small steps alone can bring a big impact to your overall well-being in the long run.

Mindfulness can be defined by Merriam-Webster as "the practice of maintaining a nonjudgmental state of heightened or complete awareness of one's thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis," It can be an essential skill when you feel life started to overwhelm you till to the point of loss.

While mindfulness can be done in various ways, one simple thing you can do is to find a quiet place. From there, close your eyes and take this moment to focus on the present moment, how and what you're feeling without judgement. Making this a daily habit can be essential on improving your well-being!
