When the government enforces section 144 it means, to issue order absolutely at once in urgent cases of nuisance or when the Government wants to prevent immediate danger to human life, health or safety. No order under this section shall remain in force for more than two consecutive days and not more than seven days in a month. However, in exceptional cases the provincial Government may extend time by directing it in the official Gazette.

Bail means the release of a person from the custody of police on submitting surety bonds before the competent court , subject to the condition that such person shall be produced before the court whenever required.

An offence is either bailable or non bailable.

A police officer on receiving information, that a person has committed su***de shall immediately give information to the nearest Magistrate.

A confession made by any person while he is in the custody of a police officer is irrelevant , unless it is made in the presence of a Magistrate.

And a written report shall be made stating all the legal details.

"Confession" means a statement made by a person charge with a crime, stating that he has committed the crime.
