High Achievers Training Consultancy is an established training company, specializing in the design, development and delivery of developmental training programs for youths.

We have an opening for a sales consultant

Roles:

-Hit monthly revenue targets
-Setting appointments via cold calling, emails to clients
-Attend sales pitch meetings
-Expected to develop basic understanding of the different training modules and programs
-Proposal writing
-Providing after sales service to clientele

Responsibilities:
Deliver training programmes for youths (11-21 years old) through experiential learning
Impart leadership, life & learning skills through interactive lesson plans
Assess needs of the youth and provide coaching to help them reach their fullest potential
Attend regular training and development opportunities to increase relevancy and knowledge of youth development

Requirements:
Must be willing to work and interact with youths
Relevant experience and knowledge of Singapore’s education landscape (e.g. MOE education system, CCA, volunteers in youth organizations / community services)
Ability to teach and facilitate learning in an engaging and relevant way
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
A desire to grow, learn and try new things
No experience required, though experience working with youths preferred

Commitment:
Freelance basis, no minimum hours
The more training workshops you attend/deliver, the more experience you have, the more you grow
To see results of personal growth, a minimum commitment of 6 months is needed
