Chris is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist with over 16 years experience working in Hong Kong, London, New Zealand and now in Singapore.

A musculoskeletal specialist, Chris has extensive experience treating an array of sports injuries ranging from amateur to elite athletes, having spent a number of years with Hong Kong Rugby, professional sportspeople, as well as plenty of his own injuries (shoulder, achilles tendinopathy … the list goes on)! 

Having worked in a busy clinic in Jardine House in Hong Kong for the past 12 years, he is very experienced in dealing with patients undergoing post op rehabilitation, and sorting out people with general nagging aches and pains.

He uses a combination of hands on manual therapy, along with an exercise based approach to his rehabilitation. Chris is an avid believer that acquiring strength through length is a crucial factor not only in optimising rehab, but also in aiding injury prevention.

A father of three young girls, Chris relates well to children and has treated a number of children over his years in practice.
