Menopause is a natural phase that marks the end of a woman's reproductive years and often brings significant changes to her physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Led by Dr Tash Mirando, together with Coach Raihan, this event will provide insights into navigating perimenopause and menopause, including hormone replacement therapy and the importance of nutrition and exercise in improving one's menopause journey.
We believe this will deepen your knowledge on women's health, and help you to better prepare for a smoother transition towards the next phase of your life, even if you are not perimenopausal.
Additionally, the event will provide an opportunity for you to connect with fellow women who are about to experience or are experiencing menopause.
It is open to all genders, in order to provide an opportunity for men to foster a deeper understanding of the lived experiences of the women around them and to better support their loved ones during this phase. Refreshments will be provided, and there will be ample time for questions.
